I don't like this push because against two opponents one of them easily could have hit hard here. I like a strong bet and reaccessing the river.

i probably check and then bet a non spade river or call a non spade river.

If I'm worried about spades then I want a call with a push, don't I, as they are not getting proper odds. How worried should I be about trips or JT given the action?

This looks fine. You have less than a psb behind, and you can't really check fold. (Would anyone c/f???) I like a bigger bet on the flop though

raise to 2.50 preflop and pot the flop. The turn shove would be a lot more standard had you had more money in the pot already but I dont mind the way you played it.
