Reraise flop and you may be able to get a little more in there. Slowplaying to the river can make it very hard to get cash in.

i put in a smallish raise on the turn, to like 4-5

tbh I don't think this is all that bad. You are getting paid off if he has just about any ace and you gained max value from underpairs that are trying to bluff you out of the pot. You are also letting him draw to his full house which you have crushed.

As said, with silly flops like this it doesn't matter how you play them, if you play an aggro game then just raise flop and/or MR turn.

What makes you think you didn't get max value from this? You're not going to get more money out of jacks and pairs. Against this particular opponent, I think you played this perfectly, except I'd raise less (to 9-ish) on the river if I thought he could lay down a weak ace to a push. Small raise on turn would be fine as well.

Isn't the raise on the river a little too much?

Raise the turn to 5 or so. Build a pot here.

I'd raise the turn small. As played, I like the river shove. Any ace is calling. Not much else is if you make a smaller raise on the river. Get full value when villian has a strong hand.
