What I am looking for is the following:

- reliable internet connection
- no tax on winnings
- low costs of living and real estate
- good location regarding weather and world peace wise
- place with beautiful women, who are honest and friendly /images/graemlins/smile.gif
- good connection to the rest of the world via airplane
- good healthcare
- American / European satellite TV available
- English / Spanish / German as widely common languages

Except for a relative lack of live poker, which you curiously did not require, Costa Rica is pretty close to your dream:

What I am looking for is the following:

* reasonably reliable cable/T1 service
- no tax on winnings
* unless you bring it to Costa Rica.
* US taxes may apply to you
- low costs of living and real estate
* real estate is up, but low cost living/food/services
- good location regarding weather and world peace wise
