It's possible but I think the fold on the end is alright given the size of the pot and the size of your stack.

You ran into problems by under-betting the flop and the turn. Had you bet pot on the flop and turn, a call on the river would have been an easy decision if the Villain decided to stick around to the river.

If you don't play your hand strongly, your opponents may pick up on that and decide to make a river bluff after missing their draws. In the hand above, Villain could have been betting Ax, QT, two clubs, and a variety of other hands.
