I'm playing 25/18/3, villain in the hand is not so good, 36/11/1.5. Possible I have the best hand here some of the time. Should i just push turn thou, or is this standard?

I don't think i raise the turn, I prefer calling.

With your raise on the turn you may get him to fold a 10 with K or Q, but if he has A 10 then he probably won't fold and he definitely won't fold a set.

You're really now on a flush draw which he might pay off with his stack because it will be somewhat disguised, but I would only call, not raise.

he is calling you with any decent holding here.. your raise is too small for him to fold if he holds a decent hand and you turned your hand to a pure flush draw here..

intially I thought lead/fold turn because of how loose/somewhat passive villain is, but villain is OOP and his range has to be ahead more often than not and FE not likely with the dry flop,

call turn, if you hit river lead something callable ~1/2 pot, fold river otherwise

yea I'd just check/call here.

that looks to be the consensus, thou i still don't know if I like calling the hand oop and then be facing a big bet on the river... in the hand he thought for a very log time and folded

BB looks like he has just a T and you have good FE imo. i like it - gives you good table image if he actually calls and you get to showdown.
