Did I have the implied odds to call here?? or should I have folded before the river?

I'd usually fold pre-flop, but apart from that you played it fine (assuming you didn't want to get aggro and raise him at some point)

You probably have expressed odds even on the turn, he bet less than 1/3 pot and you have a flush draw, an oesd and your ace might be good as well

either fold or reraise preflop... depending on his steal stats. Check raise the turn.

I usually fold this OOP, esp after button raises a limper. I'd need more players (in a limped pot) for post flop IO to play this I think.

I think you played this well. I donīt know under what game conditions you canīt call 2 bb pf 200 bb deep. Especially since it seems to be 4 way. Post flop is fine.
