His range is a lot wider than just 33 TT or KK. He may even be doing this with a busted draw sometimes. He can't put you an a 2 and may just play AK or KT like a moran. I say easy call.

I think his range is even wider as posted above, think we have to put some hands with a 2 in his range too.

I also bet this turn bigger, I think about $9.50 this will make it easier for us to get it in on the river.
