Villain is 47/12 and the table is pretty aggro in general

Trying to consider villains range here, I guess he 3-bets pre-flop QQ,QK,QA, possibly not QJ, and maybe he does this with 77-JJ (I think 66 just calls here and bets turn).

Thanks for the replies, but I am looking for a bit more explanation.... Villain is very aggro, so does he do this with a flush draw... I guess he could have Ax/images/graemlins/spade.gif, any queen, and does he do this with medium PPs?
