C/C flop, C/R turn usually means a big hand at these stakes. The problem is, you don't know if villain thinks JJ-99 is a "big hand." I do think you're probably behind his range.

You have no folding equity but need to be good around 25%-30% when you push.

You have 45% equity against: 88+,44,T8s,98s,87s
38% against: TT+,44,T8s,98s,87s
26% against JJ+, 44,T8s,98s,87s

Unless you are sure he has a monster I would call.
