Wow, that's tight. You probably aren't 3betting J9s on the button either in some certain scenarios.

Looks like he's playing AK standardly. Possibly TT. Fold pre. People don't 3-bet light much at 25NL from my experience. Maybe fold flop as played (he might bet any hand including JJ-KK, but his pot sized bet smells like he's trying to get full value out of an ace). Definitely fold turn.
