button is 75/9/1.6 and worse than that would indicate. mega station/mega overplayer.

utg is 50/9/1.6 but not terrible post flop

do you vary anywhere here, other than betting out more on the river?

Their lines are so weird.
One of them could have AA and the other KT, but a slowplayed set is also a good possibility /images/graemlins/confused.gif

yeah, i dunno. maybe shoving is best, but here's my hangup.

its pretty much a given that either of these guys would call me with any twopair combo or better if i shoved. the problem is, when both of these guys hold a hand that i beat, how often can i expect to see both of them cold call a psb on the turn, then have one of them raise my lead on the river, and the other min 3bet? i think if they both had 2p, usually there won't be quite that much action.

neither of these guys is all that agressive, and the one that 3bet is not the horrible player. he's just a guy that plays way too many hands. if it was just the super stupid guy, this is an easy shove. even if the super stupid guy had been the 3better, i woule like it a lotmore. should i give the other, not good, but not as bad player credit for being cabable of value 3betting the super stupid guy with hands that he normally wouldn't?

I think you are way ahead here a lot of the tim, especially with thew stats you have on them.

i'm not sure how the stats bode well for me, other than the fact that these are bad players. these guys could have about atc, and they aren't real agressive.

I play this as if I have the best hand. We can only be set over set (in which case I am going broke) or someone is holding 75.

That being said, unless you are trying to induce a bluff on the river by showing 1/2 pot weakness, I bet the pot - right now with your $2 bet, you can hope to win $4 by getting 2 callers. If we bet $4, given that we have a mega station on the button, we can get $4 - granted we have risked more, but I have to play this here like I have the best hand.

To be honest, I get it all in here and expect to see UTG hold something like K3s and button holding AT.

Grunch:

Preflop: Completion is fine.

Flop: Not much we can do here but check.

Turn: Pot bet works

River: As I said, I bet the pot figuring to get a call from the button. Once the action heats up I get my chips in - the real question here is am I rr'ing the button's $8 bet or waiting to spike it after UTG acts? Given that UTG's AF is pretty light I think that I shove it in after the Button's $8 raise. Anyone think we are killing action by doing so and folding out UTG (assuming he folds)?

the half pot bet was just a misclick on my part. i use bet macros and i borked it up.

i doubt there's really any way to kill any action here at this point. i'm fairly confident that if i push here i'm getting 2 calls, considering the action. utg actually had a 25s, which is the other hand that beats us, so that's really no help when it comes to the question of whether or not he would have min3bet there with a hand that i beat. i can see it with a KT, but he would have to have checked the flop. with a smaller two, i'm really not so sure.
