depends on MP's pfr%. I rarely call here, only if MP has a very low pfr%. I totally ignore CO because 99% of the time you are crushing his range.
I 3bet this the majority of the time.

the thing is , i got a 1k+ BR , but it was made by playing sng's ... so im planing to move up in stakes fast , i moving up to NL25 if i beat NL10 for 8bb/100+ in 20k hands ...so .. im reading o LOT of stuff and watching a bunch of videos about cash games and doing well so far in my first 10k hands , do you guys think advanced concepts as 3-betting light can be used in micro stakes as NL10 and NL25 ?

hmmm...definately at nl25...so yes at nl10..only thing is that you need to make sure you are doing it to the right opponents for the right reason. Like you 3 bet the fish for value and the regs for image.

so its stupid to 3-bet light a fish to increase the FE on my c-bet and take down a small pot for example ?

try to avoid using FE on the fish...sometimes in 3bet pots they will showdown mid PPs with 2 overcards on the board and stuff.
you also need to 3bet to isolate them too. Say CO in this hand is a 19/13. He isnt likely to call your 3bet with a worse ace..so if the fishfolds and he calls, he likely has a pocketpair <10 and cbets are incredibly profitable.
If the fish calls and the CO folds I want to catch an ace or a Q high flop and take him to valuetown with his likely worse hand.
