Hmm .. if he is aggro or floats a lot, I call here as he could be stealing with a flush draw, and he only has to have it 1/4 of the time to make this call correct.

I think whether or not a fold is good here depends on how involved the two of you have been.
for instance, if the action has been going bet - call, check - bet, fold alot then the chance he's floating with ace high gets very real. If that's the case then i'd call his turn bet and put in a blocking bet on the river of about $2.
Of course if he's a rock i probably fold.

anyone bet/fold this rather than c/f, c/f prob isnt THAT bad but i figure there is alot in his range that we beat that calls turn bet here. yu could make and argument that FD checks behind on this turn though.

bet turn. This is way too weak. A Tx hand is a fraction, though significant, part of his range. You might even get him to fold weak Tx hands. Flush draws, bare overcards, and floaty small pp's are all stuff he is likely to have.
