Hi, I know this is a very general question, nonetheless, i was looking over my stats and notice that my biggest loss of all comes from one pair. I cannot understand if it is the semi-bluffs or I just overplay single pairs. How much of a pot should I be trying to take with one pair on average? You know the whole theory on small pots with small hands and vice versa? Well what is it that I should be seeing on average with top pair? 30bb? And if anyone can make any suggestions as to what might be causing this large downfall with one pair for me please share your opinion, it is greatly appreciated.

If you're talking about top pair, I wouldn't play it if opponent is being really aggressive (assuming he plays well). Otherwise I see no problem with raising on each street in HU. If you're just talking about one pair, then you're probably holding on to a terrible hand too long against pot odds.
