Villain is 19/23/3.2 over 581 hands. Am I right to think that this is AK/JQ often enough to pitch it? Should I still have bet turn?

I think it's a 9 alot more than the hands that you mentioned.

I would have to agree. The raise all-in by a tight player would probably be from hitting the open-ender.

Also, the turn bet, I think, is standard to see where you are at. If he calls/raises, you know you are a goner.

I like the turn bet and the fold.
This hand seems pretty standard.....
