What's the right response to this min-raise?

Unless you've seen him do this w/ TP or a combo-draw it's a fold. The 2x raise with an unknown is normally a 2pr, set or on this board more likely a straight.

EDIT: Your other option is call and presumable fold the turn since a 2x c/r will normally bet the turn - I can't see you having that many outs for that call to make sense though.

I first wanted to advocate a raise, to check what's going on, but that would make you near-commited. With his AF at 2 you will probably have to call at least one more bet to see the hand through, so it's most likely not worth it.

We can start playing back at him if we see him do it more.
