It seems like anyone who calls you in this position will be ahead of you, and everyone else will fold. Your odds are better if both guys are paying to see each street. As long as MP is willing to go for the ride, i'd just call. If this is a leak on my part, someone tell me.

Well you're pushing 3x the pot size here, and are a 33% underdog if called (most probably), maybe even 40%. So you need both guys to fold about 50% of time to make this breakeven.

Now if UTG does sometimes cbet with no hand this may be quite possible, as MP may be on a straight/flush draw or just looking UTG up with a weak queen or an eight, but it's read/stat dependent.
