villain is a pretty solid reg that takes a very strong line in this hand--- I am almost positive its KQ, J10, 88 or 99--- although I think its the first 2 more then the sets. my thoughts on the hand are that shoving is really not much of an option, because I have no fold equity and with 1 card to come im not getting in for 140bb's as a 70/30 dog. So do I fold or call here? or do you think shove?---- I think villain is going to play for stacks regardless of river--- so is this one of those spots where I just call and re evaluate river? would anyone fold here given villain will have 100bb to work with on the river if we call--- thinking i probably have at least 10 outs? just a tricky spots with stacks of ~1.5bi.

You're right that you likely have no fold equity here, so I'd opt for a call if you think he's the kind of person you could get considerable value out of on the river. If he's a good handreader or fairly nitty, you might want to just fold here, because you're likely not getting paid off on 5th if you do make your hand in a big enough way to make this call worth the risk.

I think villain will reluctantly c/c the river---- so do we have implied odds here to call?
