No numbers on the Villian. He seems to be lagging it up quite a bit pre flop and as far as I could tell he seemed to be a bit erratic with his bets.

I think you have to fold this. Your stacks are too deep to build a big pot with this hand OOP. It's a pretty marginal hand that isn't likely to improve, and you stand to lose a lot here. Not worth it.

I don't consider it a cbet, I consider it a value bet. I don't think potting it is necessary, it's a pretty big pot as is. I fold to this raise, I don't see a whole lot in the way of possible combo draws, etc. so that raise is all the info I need. If he decided to make a play, good for him, you weren't winning any more off him anyway.
