bet fold turn? clear fold on the river?
I feel helpless playing medium strong hands oop.

As played, yes, fold river

He might have a completely busto flush draw or be on some very strange float/bluff but that's a bit optimistic

I wouldn't call AK in this situation 'medium strong' - perhaps that's part of the problem?

your hand isnt strong at all, you have ace high. i generally wouldnt cbet this flop into 2players. river is a fold
