I'm sure it'd be a lot easier for me to play this if I had 3-bet preflop, but what do I do here anyway (or what I should've done on previous streets)?

Sportsbook Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.10./$0.20.
5 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $22.30

Hero: $25.50
BB: $21.45

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with T/images/graemlins/club.gif T/images/graemlins/spade.gif
UTG raises to $0.7, CO folds, Button calls, Hero calls, BB calls.

as i doubt he has you beat, you have two options in my opinion depending on what u guess villain has.

1)guess he has a pair A7/7 and he is calling you down as a donk i woulda push representing a busted draw.
2)guess HE has a busted draw i would check to induce a bluff.

Valuebettin normally probably gives us very low value,i guess.
Indeed villain can has called us with A3/46,but if that's happen i guess u can stack him very often in the next few hands that u have to take a shoot.

Bet $10?

You can alternatively c/c or c/r if you've seen him pot lots of rivers when checked to.
