I would usually just respect the 4-bet in this spot, as I can't really think of anything else to do

I fist pump and go broke. Calling to see if an ace flops is all right too if you want less variance.

There are tonns of aggro donks at these tables who will think you are stealing and go broke on 88 or KQ. Blinds 3bets are much looser than normal, so even if he actually has a hand, your still in fine shape.
