Prima skin.5 x bonus in raked hands. 100% up to $50...can be cleared at .25-.50..seems pretty good..anybody done this one?

Yep. Typical Prima bonus, though some people have had issues with cash outs (though I think the matters were resolved eventually).

yep...almost 4 weeks to cashout with numerous faxes, emails, etc

I deposited with Neteller and withdrew no problem. They apparently flagged some people and made them jump through hoops but only some.

yep...about half the sites on the prima network have been known to make people jump through hoops. Of the 5 prima sites I play, Golden riviera was the only one where I had trouble. Others have no issues with Golden Riviera, but with other primas. Their does not appear to be any rhyme or reason. The only thing I do to protect myself is I now do multiple withdrawals for less than $500.

again, your mileage may vary as there is no consistent method here

I did receive all of my funds which is what counts most.

I've been doing that bonus right now... First off, I gotta say I've been somewhat impressed with GR as compared to what I was expecting from the BW review.... However, I have emailed in for the bonus credit and have yet to get it (emailed very late Friday night, didn't even get the auto-responder reply till afternoon Monday) - I will be emailing again tomorrow (feb. 27) if the funds haven't been added or no other email....

This would be a big let down if it turns into a huge pain... I've really been liking GR overall with their SNGs, FreeRolls and good software/connection...

I emailed them inquiring about documentation when withdrawing via Neteller. Responded and stated none required if withdrawal less than $500.

I keep emailing them to claim the bonus using the email address listed on the site. Every time the email gets returned to me saying something like "invalid address".

I'm not sure what they do on the weekends there. About three weeks ago, I emailed them concerning the bonus on a Friday afternoon and I didn't get anything back until the next Monday morning. I responded to that email that same morning, and GR got a response, and my bonus money, in 3 hours.

Cleared the bonus yesterday about 1 pm. Emailed them to claim bonus. Wasn't in my acct this morn. Emailed them again. In my acct about 15 mins. after second email.

[/ QUOTE ]Make sure you use this email - accounts@goldenrivierapoker.com - Send another email explaining you havnt received bonus. After i sent second email, bonus was in my acct in about 15 mins.

I did the GR sign up bonus. I depsosited $50, played the 250 hands and received the bonus, then requested a cashout. It was in my Neteller today, which was only 2 days after my request. The customer servive may be greatly improving. In all, I wouldn't deposit any decent sum of money at this place. Looks like as long as you keep it under a few hundred, you won't be hassled to send in ID, etc.
