first off, i am 23 and quite fortunate. my family has a lot of money. i feel very strongly pokerstars is fixed and want to hire a bigshot lawyer and try and take down pokerstars. i really hate their whole staff and their whole approach. do i stand any chance???

There is no incentive for a Poker site to rig the game. They make the same rake no matter who wins. They make a ton of money from just dealing randomly shuffled cards.

If you hate their staff and approach, go play somewhere else. If I go to Walmart, and they treat me badly, I vote with my feet and shop somewhere else; I don't sue Walmart.

If you sue them, enjoy spending your inheritance; you're a fool.

Happened to me at Fulltilt Tuesday in cash games, and also losing 9 out of 11 coinflips in sit n' gos, can we make a class action deal?
