How to reach Neteller

I have a problem... Neteller shut down my account when I tried to access is from my parents house in Brazil. I sent one email and they told me I had to call a certain number to reopen it... but of course they don't take calls from the US at that number. And they havn't answered my e-mails in a while... any ideas?

Someone needs to sticky this subject.

Here are the NT numbers; call any of them except USA. I reccommend Australia - tell them you left brazil and are now in AU.
