UK resident, how do i fill in W-7 form for future visit to Vegas?

I am planning a visit to Vegas and don't want to pay tax on winnings as a UK citizen. I have downloaded the W-7 form but it reads like double Dutch. Basically which option do i need to select A, B, C etc and which areas do i fill in etc to allow me to show it at the Casino and not have them withhold 30% over $1000?

Also should i file in the UK they seem to run some kind of Agent scheme?
