Loose player limped the cutoff and a 16-10-5 (900 hands) raised the button.

I think the whole hand would be a lot easier if you 3-bet pre-flop to $13. If he shoves fold, if he calls, c-bet the flop and give up if he raises you.

As played, I call once and probably c/f the turn if I don't improve.

Why are you leading this flop? Good chance you have to lay down the best hand now.

Leading because there is a weak player in the hand that may call with any queen or much worse. Same reason I called preflop. Didn't want to fold out whatever garbage the limper was playing and turn my AQ into a bluff against the tight player.
