Updating the Abbreviations section.

The Abbreviations section of 2+2 could really use some work. It is currently very limited in the amount of information listed and is very disorganized. Putting the abbreviations in alphabetical order would make it much easier to reference. And some of the most common abbreviations asked for have to do with book titles. The Abbreviations section currently has very few of those listed.

The Abbreviations page contains a link to another page which is very up-to-date. Of course, the link is almost impossible to notice...
