do I bet for value here, or just push regardless of pot size and hope for a call (which I have been called a lot).

$6 is fine. He might call a reasonable value bet, but a push is way too much here.

make it 1.25 pf
flop: make a standard cbet dont be afraid of the K
turn: raise here and fold to 3bet
river: raise it to 6

No I raise for value, pushing is too big, it probably gets him to fold all kings. It also becomes really easy to read if you just do it with the nuts

I agree with 1.
I think a check is a better play here, he doesn't fold any kins or 9 here clearly, if he has underpair then he has only 2 outs if he has JT or some draw only 4 cards so shouldn't be worried by giving a free card.
I don't agree with point 3 at all, raising only gets better hands to call or re-raise while all hands you beat fold, calling is far superior here.
Point 4 I agree

I think any 9 calls the river.
If you raise river to 6 many kings will call imo.

i recommend cbetting here, because i cbet any flop HU.

Yeah, for that reason I am not against a bet as you may get an underpair to call a lot but with the hand in isolation a check is better imo.

Bet the flop here, the pot will be bigger on the river, then bet pot on river.

With a board of K99 and queens in your hand you really don't want the pot to be big unless your psychic and know the queen will hit the river, in that case then ship it.
