10NL AJo flops trips, scary river.

Villain is an unknown, just sat down. In retrospect when I saw his check on the river I think I should have jammed for maximum value, because I think a chased flush has to bet here; should I be worried about AK or AQ? I think AK 3-bets my pre... I'd like some analysis and criticism on my play and possible other lines. Thanks
