Villain is running a 41/8. His cbet for the session was 100%, so that's why I raised flop. I didn't think the flop hit him. What should I think of this min raise on the turn?

if he is cbetin a lot i guess flop is ok. I much rather take this line tho if it was heads up, muliway not so much. As played on flop tho im def checkin behind on turn for pot control. As played im def foldin to the raise, we really only beat a bluff or horribly played like pair of 3/4 or 55-66.
