I find it's awkward due to my c-bet leaving him so short and myself picking up the gutter ball and 4-flush draw on the turn. How bad is my line here?

I think cbetting into a multi-way pot on that board is spew...turn is meh, you have no FE against shorty so your definitly just gambling.
