I hate playing marginal spots aggressively when I just sat down and I have no reads at all. The only assumption you can make is villain may be semi-competent since he's big stacked.

I think I would fold this turn and wait for a better spot. I doubt the turn card improved his hand.. looks to me like 2-pair or a set off the flop... I'm leaning more towards set with the min-raise pre and call, regardless, I don't think we're good here enough to make it +EV without reads

call flop and reevaluate turn against an unknown.

One of the reasons why I played aggressive on the flop was he donk bet into me for half the pot, which kinda threw me off.

FWIW - I often interpret a small donkbet like this in the same way - as a weak donkish play that calls for aggression.

I am learning at uNL that until I have evidence on what villain's donkbets may mean, or that he even understands raise sizing in relation to the pot, I can't assume too much even w/ a good, but non-nutz, hand like TPTK.

Not saying whether to raise or call in this case, but rather not to immediately assume too much against unknown opponents at 25NL.

My 2 cents.

given stack sizes its either fold or push. I think you have to push here. He might have AT, but you are way ahead of his entire range (TT+, AJs+, KQs, ATo+). I also think it is possible that he picked up a combo draw on the turn.

You have committed over 1/3 of your stack by raising on the flop. This is a turn push.

Push,

Youd be suprised how often you get paid by things like AQ, AJ. Does look like he's taking you to value town though /images/graemlins/smile.gif

most likely OOP is not betting kq, tt has you dominated, a10 is a possibility but aj and aq are also possibilities, i hate to lose my stack in marginal situations so i lean towards folding, but with 1/3 of your stack already invested i guess i push, expecting to lose about 50 percent of the time, he didn't reraise us pre, which makes me lean away from pocket 10s and up, just hard with no reads on villan
