I think you should 3-bet the flop to 12$

no. you should be scared of quads, but still 3-bet the flop.

Typically villains here will not be scared of anything and will bet their house deed on 99 here. If you lost this hand, just some variance. Playing this hard and fast is like swimming in a pool of +EV

Ok, thanks. In which situation would you consider a 3bet ev- ? If vilain seems to be a tag or what? Or simply always 3bet when you have the goods on a board like this..

On this board, only if a 1/1/1 over 100000 hands raises you do I fold. Even then, I dont think its -EV

Probably the same. Hand reading is not easy, but a good thing to start doing is seeing if you can find villains most likely holding and his range and then seeing if you are a dog or favorite.
