Depends upon villain's competence and 3-bet range.

If he is someone who doesn't notice that you raised UTG, and will 3-bet light, then I will probably push here. If it's the exact opposite situation, I'm calling and happy with the good position leading into the flop.

also depends on how long you've been at the table i.e. if he's been playing you for a chump recently you have more reason to shove.

Given you'll be playing in position, more reason to call and see flop.
