Would have been better if he had even tried to memorize any of it instead of stuttering and pausing while reading the prompt.

Neteller clearly wants to smooth things over with the US customers (or ex-customers) for a few reasons.

1. Bad press here would lead to less business internationally

2. The possibility exists that at some point in the next couple of years online gaming might become acceptable in the US, in which case Neteller wants to make sure it can re-enter the US market and get its business back.

It would have to do so under a new name.

If Neteller would take my business tomorrow, I would put money right back in. They were the best interent company of all time. Contrast them with any other money moving business of size.........how many were that cheap to the consumer? All I ever paid were ATM card withdrawl fees of $2. Maybe they were pussies with the DOJ, but how many of us would stand up to them when push came to shove?

I'll be honest, neteller would probably get my business again. They are hands down better then any competitor. Only way I wouldn't is if I find an equivalent quality online bank.

If the status of online poker were unambiguously legal, do you think there would even be a need for a middleman like Neteller? Seems like the banks and credit cards would want to make money by allowing you to directly fund online sites, as long as they're not facing any potential legal risk.
