SSHE - Relevence for uNL??

I'm reading SSHE and am interested in how relevent the content is for uNL...

Since it is a limit based book?


Are there any small stakes NL books which are good? I have HOH and think it is great but much of it is for MTT of course

SSHE is irrelevant to NL and will only serve to confuse you when you try to apply good limit play to NL play.

SSHE is still a good read, for instance the section on counting outs etc, and if you read SSHE and then NLHTAP you see the difference between many FL/NL plays, that is, you get a better understanding of NL as well.

SSHE can teach you a lot about thinking about the game and give you some good math fundamentals. A solid limit background can only help/
