Been at this table for about 40 hands or so, and villain seems to be playing straightforward.

At the flop, he's betting into me, so that kinda confused me. And he continues to show strength on the turn. AQ maybe?

Also, at another table, in a raised pot, I was stacked by AJ (top two) against my AK at the flop. So I was kinda hesistant to do it again,.

I would typically shove the turn. TPTK in a rr-ed pot, beat by AQ and QQ (and i guess AA and sometimes 99). i suppose if you have a read you can fold (if his range is like AQ+) only.

What is your table image here? Looks like a naked A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif or a made flush. I think two pair is less likely than those.
