How many hands should be played at a certain limit before you judge whether or not you can successfully beat that limit? 15k? 25k? More?

20-25k should tell you if you're a winning player. 100k should give you an idea of your winrate.

I am marginal winner ~5.5ptbb/100 @20k in 5/10nl but have played way more hands than tracked and never gone busto or come close in 4 years. ROI is positive in MTT and SNG. Safe to assume I don't suck? Or wait 80k more tracked hands?
