Villain is unknown but seems a bit like all the other donkeys in the garden, e.g. overvalues one pair hands and is difficult to move off his hand once he's fallen in love with it.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $26.85
Hero (BB): $28.60
UTG: $19.70
MP: $24.70
CO: $32.25
BTN: $19.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7/images/graemlins/club.gif 5/images/graemlins/club.gif (6 Players)
UTG raises to $0.50, MP folds, CO calls $0.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.25

Decide to limp along to this somewhat sweetened pot. I'm not a fan of this though since SC's don't play well OOP. But it's puppyfeet so what else can you do.

Flop: ($1.60) 8/images/graemlins/club.gif 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif K/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 Players)
Hero bets $1.25, UTG raises to $2.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $6.25, UTG calls $3.75

Monster draw, he only minraises me so I 3-bet him. Guess I should've bet more since $3.75 into a $10.35 pot may not make him want to fold at all. Didn't want to push here because the pot was small. Then again, I'm probably 50/50 here and missing the turn would put me in an awkward position since I'm OOP, making me about a 2-to-1 dog. Villain calls the 3-bet which makes me believe he's got top pair at least.

Turn: ($14.10) A/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 Players)
Hero ???

All right, so this is the position I didn't want to find myself in. Villain's got $12.95 left. What would be the best plan of action? Unless villain has AK the ace didn't likely boost his hand strength, and the turn card may frighten him a bit. On the other hand, I'm not at all sure that he cares about what I have.

I push over the min-raise on the flop. Small pot? It's like 20 BB, that's not very small at all. You've got pretty good equity vs. just about every hand he has here. Stick it in and hope he folds.

I'd raise more on the flop, so I could get it in on the turn. I'd raise it to $9 on the flop, and shove turn.

Yeah I think we have a lot of fold equity on this turn.

Raise more on the flop or take it to the felt, see how much he's loving his hand.

pf call is standard in my book. Your villains' have plenty of money behind, and have given you a great price.

3bet bigger, if not out right pushing flop. Your equity drops dramatically on the turn if it blanks.

A PSR would be 7.85.
He min-raised pf and then min-raised on the flop.
Monster or trying to slow us down?

I probably raise to $7 and push turn.

push turn, A might be a scarecard for him which gives you some FE + you have 15 outs

Fold pre-flop. This is a leak. I know, you can tell me all the reasons you should call. But with this one hand, you can see it is much harder to play this hand OOP than it is worth.

Since you played this hand, crai on the flop because you are a slight favorite against most of villians range.

As played, check, fold.

Folding this preflop is a much bigger leak.

Preflop is fine on occasion. You are getting 5-1 and don't want your opponents to think they can easily steal your blinds.

If the turn misses you you have about 25% equity (he might be drawing to a bigger flush, so I took a conversative number) plus some folding equity. I want to get at least 3:1 odds on the turn so I raise to $9 and push turn regardless...

Preflop is fine.
Flop: Raise to 8-10
