Villains line screams a monster.

He min-check raises you because he knows nothing about odds and leads the turn because he's scared you will check after calling his raise.

I don't think calling the turn is a major hole but I think calling the river is.

Meh, I've seen worse. I think you played this fine. An argument can be made for a river fold.
