I admit, my PF raise was horrible. My reasoning was because he's so crazy with such high AF, I didn't want to build the pot too much and after I c-bet flop he floats on turn.

Fortunately very nice flop came, one of my outs hits on the turn; thus would the majority throw a little value bet on the river? Or is there a chance that he's ahead?

Make a real raise preflop, KQ is a good hand against a maniac.
I raise the flop as a semibluff.
Bet the turn for 3.5-4.
Bet river for 7.5-8

As played, your VB size is a little too small. Id say 7-8 range.

All in all I think that I should have raised on all streets way more and taken the initiative instead of letting him do some of the betting. Re-raise him on the flop as a semi-bluff sounds like a good idea and follow up the turn. I'd be a bit more cautious if he calls all of that and probably won't bet 7.5-8 on the river.
