There's free videos in the stickies here. You could just get the $10 CR subscription and get the videos you want. I would get all of Brystmar's Winning at SSNL series which are great. That would cost you about $50 or so, but well worth it. And go buy the book Professional No Limit Hold'em. It has really changed my thought process for the better. Very eye openning.

emm..too many things to consider ... some of them
-position of the raiser/ the earlier the stronger the hand usually ( top of his range)
- size of raise sometimes indicates hand strength
-image and type of player
....

also had another question how exactly do you calculate equity. also i see some people telling people to push with like tptk and theres like for example 3 diamonds on the board.. how would you decide on a push... just your read and feel on the situation?? etc etc how the players been playing

Pokerstove calculates your equity compared to you opponent's range. As far as the other question goes it's totally dependent on the opponent's tendancies, patterns, looseness, aggressivness, past history, tiltiness, range, etc. Also is your and his stack sizes, the pot size, other players in the hand, and other things.
