A totally passive fish 3-bet on a flop like this, is it time to fold or do you think he could have something like A9,K9,JJ,TT with or without spade?
How would you have played it?

(on the turn, i thought we were all-in yet, but i don't think it's important, I would be all-in on the river and he would hav pay in all case)

ok it's clearly awful /images/graemlins/tongue.gif. And it's obvious when i saw the stacks and how he is passive.
To be honest, I didn't pay attention to our 2 stacks during the hand. /images/graemlins/blush.gif But even with normal stack, my play is horrible.

And what you would do against a player with standart stats?
I think It would certainly represent a set (with a bad call preflop with a pocket) but it could be so different hands with draw? What do you think, Is it donk too to call with no spade in my hand against a standart aggressiv player ?

whoa seriously.. you played a 400bb pot on a 3 flush board when you don't even have one of them in your hand? I agree, fold to flop 3 bet, easy. If you aren't paying attention to your stack during the hand, what are you looking at? ZOMG I got QQ?

"What do you think, Is it donk too to call with no spade in my hand against a standart aggressiv player ?"

Yes

I'm probably just calling the flop vs someone with standard stats and vs this guy too.

What's the interest of just calling?
I think with a call, my opponent will just see me with a high spade in my hand and will bet hard the turn with any made hand if the spade don't come, even with the hands that i beat.

With the raise, i can fold on a 3bet (if i wasn't stupid...) or slow down the hand, and check turn and induce a bluff on river if he miss the flush.
Is there some big fault in this reasoning ?
