Villian is a very loose and moderately aggro player. I am not posting this hand to ask whether the turn fold was correct, I know it was. The only other times I've seen him minraise / min c/r he has had a big hand > 1 pair, so easy fold.

My question is should I bet this turn? Villian has a call cbet of 33% and a went to showdown of 33%, so I take it firing twice here with tptk is correct rather than going for pot control because with these stats he calls me with Tx and a flush draw often? My image at the table is probably bery tight because the table is so loose, if this makes a difference.

If that isn't some transciption error I think that folding was a mistake.

Call $5 to win $18.5 w/ the NFD IP? Sounds good to me.

Folding on the turn WAS a mistake. Call there.

if you put him on two diamonds, you have 7 outs (not 9), generally implied odds for drawing to a 4-suited board is very small if not zero. So not an easy decision.
if he has 2 diamonds odds of drawing -> 1:5.7
immediate pot odds -> 1:3.7
almost no implied odds, he has to have Qd or Jd for you to have any implied odds. so fold might be reasonable against this passive player...
but then again you have to be 100% sure he already has a flush to fold this hand, if you have doubt he might have two pair or a set considerable amount of time, you have to call turn I guess...

Set? This is the standard line a standard villian will take with a set. Villian took almost exactly this line with a flopped set vs another player in a previous hand.
