Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter (http://www.legopoker.com/hh))

SB: $12.90
Hero (BB): $25.00
UTG: $27.60
MP: $3.45
CO: $30.75
BTN: $41.15

Preflop: Hero is dealt T/images/graemlins/spade.gif Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.25, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($1) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif A/images/graemlins/spade.gif 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $1.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $2.00</font>, 2 folds, Hero??

It was my first hand at the table, and I haven't played villain before. Is this a good spot to push my 12 outer? Do I have enough fold equity here to shove? And what hands may UTG have?
Is there any point in calling and c/f turn if draw misses?

OOP I'd usually say automatic push...and its a fine option.

Since he minraised he may let you draw cheaply throughout since he is showing he doesn't know how to bet. Calling is not terrible. If you call c/f or c/c turn based on odds he gives you (obviously).

do we really want to push for 23.5$ when the pot only has 5$ in it?? even though u have a very good draw here, overpushing in unraised pot is not a good idea. if u wanna play a small pot, call and reevaluate on turn. or if u decide to play for stacks, i like 3betting to 8-9$ and pushing any turn.(assuming he calls our 3bet)
