Fold and move down to a level you aren't afraid to stack off.

lol, just because i dont wanna play for my 200bb stack, with one pair, doesnt mean im afraid of losing a buyin!

Problem is Tarheel is that i wasnt sure what a good or bad turn would be. Call then check folding a wide range of turns seems weak?

Silly me for mis-interpreting "I don't wanna play for stacks, pleeease."

Well, you certainly don't want to play for stacks with a single pair when deep unless you know that villain has a wide range. So every advice to the effect of "Easy stack off! You haz AA! LOLZOR!!" is stoopit. I think a call is still good. There is obv. a lot going on with how the hand goes down. I.e. esp. timing. The problem is, that you are only beating QQ here, because villain would probably have reraised with KK preflop. So if he was bluffing, he probably won't fire a 2nd barrel, because most nits don't do that in reraised pots. If he makes a quick, strong bet, you can fold. Everything in between is judgement.

Call and see the turn or just shove, alot of hands (at this limit) will pay you off here.

Your flop bet looks like a standard CB. He could easily be trying to push you off AK, AQ with a small pp... IMO

Do you have Flop aggression factor in your Heads up display? I find that useful when I'm trying to guess if someone is bluffing

even though we are deep i think a smooth call pf w/KK is very possible. besides the obvious K, things probably won't be any clear on the turn until we see whether he bets or checks behind, but we are too deep to anything else

And that's the best reason against a shove, DUCY?

I think the calling range of a nit this deep in a pot like this is very limited: set or KK. 9 sets, 6 KKs. Only if you add QQ to his calling range (which would be a little un-nitty) you can favor a push. He might be betting AK, AQs etc. though.

FWIW i folded.

I didn't like the idea of calling then check folding. Wasnt sure if this was too weak and i was letting the deep stacks cloud my judgement on this one.

Looks like opinion is for the call and re evaluate the turn. Guess shows how playing OOP can suck.
