If you c/r the flop, raise it up more around $10. As played fold turn.

you should raise your hand preflop, it's likely to be dominated. I think raise&gt;fold&gt;call IMO

EDIT: And you are OOP and want to take the pot now

Such a large overbet..
Is it really such a clear fold? We got a redraw to third nuts and we got 4 outs for a FH. If he has the flush why would he make such a large raise?

Fold pre-flop, or is that too weak? I agree, raise the flop bet up more. If we lead the turn, I think we have to plan to fold to a raise. Every big draw just hit, even though we "improved." I'd consider checking the turn and possibly calling down from there.

villan doesn't seem like a spewpot, i'd like to get my money in when most draws hit and i could be drawing to limited outs, i don't think your ahead often here so i let it go, although villans line is odd- why would someone not valuebet a flush? maybe trips, but your behind IMO more than your up in this position on turn
