Is this bet on the flop standard, or should I check behind? I don't think I can induce a bluff from him, because he's so passiv.

i'd check turn, this guy either has you beat or has a hand that can only take 1 more street of betting anyway. get to showdown yo!

bet more on the flop.
and if he is so passive, what is your reason for playing the turn like this? I agree that I would push any overpair on this limit, but you should realize that your read and your play aren't consistent.

I want to induce a bluffmove from him. It's very likely, that the preflop aggressor (me) has nothing here, and with my weakish cbet he thinks I have nothing and he pushes. Maybe it is readdepend I know /images/graemlins/smile.gif

NO! You want to get value from your overpair, making him draw to his 2 or 3 or 6 outs. Also, you want to know if you're behind, which a big raise on the flop will tell you (If he pushes over your weak bet, you're more than likely beat...badly. If he pushes over a 3/4 pot bet, you're more than likely beat...badly). So you bet like 3/4 of the pot on the flop, check the turn, and evaluate again on the river. You don't have a big hand, and you don't want a big pot (hence, checking the turn). However, you do have a good hand, so you want to make some money off of it (hence, betting more on the flop).

Don't outplay yourself. There are at least 10 overcards that can come on two streets and will leave you in a nasty spot. That's a 40% probability that it will happen. If villain is PASSIVE, that means that you can't induce him to bluff-shove over your weak bet. So either your thinking or your read or your understanding of the read is wrong here.
