Hero??

Villian is a 41/15, my stats show him as a losing player. Should I have 4-bet PF since Villian plays so many hands? And what should be the correct play after the flop when Villian bets?

i would definitely 4-bet preflop in this situation.

as played, everything kinda sucks here. in a 3-way reraised pot i think its probably best to just muck QQ here because you are losing to everything but AK/AQ from the original raiser and the coldcaller could have god knows what.

what about the button? if it was just heads up with this guy, i probably move in there. lots to love for a donk there that you beat.

he might play many hands but his raising range and therefore his reraising range isn't too wide.
On this flop it's shove or fold. If he's playing agressively in general or he takes some time to decide if he wants to bet etc., I usually shove. If you feel like he is acting out of character and the bets of this size aren't his business usually, you should fold. there is no generic answer.

Well I ended up shoving this, both BTN folded and Villian folded. Just checking if shove was a standard play here.
